WEEKEND OF 29 SEPTEMBER
This will be a cookie weekend, as I have received a special request for this particular cookie assortment
for a girl's (tea) birthday party. Therefore I will be making extra to share.
I am also planning some apple cakes like the one in the image below on the right. The cakes will be 6-inch round in size, enough for 4 servings. They will be tender, moist and rich in apples: a recipe my family has been making for years, which is popular in Italy, but don't really see around here.
