Meet Traveler. Isn’t she just the most irresistible Hula girl, ever? I met Traveler while on my 2-day dog-a-photo-thon around O’ahu for the Paws in Paradise calendar. And this baby made the cut! Yep, she is a calendar girl! Or she was that year.
Her name is perfect for her as she truly is a traveler. She traveled all the way from New York to O’ahu with her family. That is quite a long way to go. She and my Boyz could fun the “CTD – Club of Traveling Dogs”.
Traveler is a real sweetie pie, and was very accommodating on that day. She posed for us, smiled and gave awesome slurps, especially to her Mummy, along with adoring looks. I had a flower lei for her to wear, but the Hula Girl costume is her own, and I am sure she sports that on Halloween.
The photo shoot took place at Kailua Beach park, by the Canoe Club, on a sunny February afternoon.
“Ok, Mummy! I’m done with posing. Can I have more treats now?”
