Since I live nearby, there is no reason to try to learn to make any of these. These are the best and a close second to wine to visit Napa Valley. Just amazing. Bouchon is simply a treasure.
Oh yes, Bouchon is really a treasure. I wish I still lived near there. As for baking them: I’ve never made either, though madeleines have been on my radar for some time.
