My Latest Creative Burst | Floral Art Note Cards

You know how sometimes you just need a few note cards on hands to send for a birthday, or as a thank you note, or even if you are mailing a check to your CPA. Lately, that has happened to me a number of times, and I would find myself buying a couple extra just to have spare. Until I realized that I should just design my own, something I had already done in the past. Finally about a month ago I was in one of those moments when doing something creative was a necessity, so I started playing around.

Initially I thought I would design 5×7 cards, but somehow I could not get to something I really resonated with. I saved what I had worked on, and moved on to playing with a square format. Well, that really flowed and things took on a life of their own. I even added a quote I had recently found and loved. When I uploaded to my printing lab’s server I decided to go for the new art recycled paper. I am always excited when something from my printer arrives, but this time I really couldn’t wait to see the result. Well, here it is.

Everyone that has received one from me has contacted me back to say how much they loved the card, so I thought I would share my latest creative endeavor with you, too. What do you think?

These are for my own personal use, but I am actually considering making them available for purchase in a shop here on the site. That would take a little behind-the-scenes organizing, especially since I really like the idea of using quotes, so I would need a little time, but I will get there. Would you be interested?
